Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the WheelSkip software ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. LICENSE GRANT

WheelSkip grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software on your Windows-based devices in accordance with these Terms. You may use the Software for personal or professional purposes.

2. TRIAL VERSION & REGISTRATION

We believe in "Try Before You Buy." The Software is distributed with an evaluation period that has no functional time limits.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Distribute, rent, or lease the Software to third parties without prior written consent.
• Attempt to bypass or disable the registration/activation system.

4. PRIVACY & DATA

WheelSkip is designed with a "Local-First" philosophy. The Software operates locally on your machine to intercept mouse wheel events. It does not collect, store, or transmit your browsing history, video content, or personal data to any external servers.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated by you or the developer. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of these Terms.
